Youth Lacrosse Coaches & Area Leads Needed

LAXin Littles is expanding its beginner lacrosse programs for children ages 2–8 in Lancaster, Hershey and Hanover, Pennsylvania.
OPEN ROLES & PAY
Assistant Coach: $20–$25 per class ($80–$100 for four classes in a three-hour session).
Lead Coach: $30–$35 per class ($120–$140 for four classes in a three-hour session).
Area Lead: $25 per program plus $10 per registered child. Area Leads who also coach receive the Lead Coach rate in addition to area-lead pay. Confirm the definition and duration of a program directly with Cameron.
SCHEDULE
Saturday and Sunday classes are scheduled between 8 AM and 8 PM. Each location hosts four 30- to 45-minute classes within a three-hour block. Example blocks: 8–11 AM, 12:30–3:30 PM and 5–8 PM. Schedules may shift to accommodate lead coaches; applicants do not need to commit to every location.
QUALIFICATIONS
Enthusiasm for working with young children and creating a fun environment. Lacrosse experience is a plus; experience in other sports is welcome. Training and practice plans are provided. Candidates available during the active lacrosse season are encouraged to apply. LAXin Littles states that all coaches must pass background and child-abuse clearances, with those costs covered by the program.
