Terms of Use

Who may use LAXassist

You must be 18 or older to submit, respond, post in the Community, purchase, or manage a listing. A parent or legal guardian must manage all activity involving a minor, including every Student Trainer or Player Mentor listing.

Listings and review

All submissions are subject to review. LAXassist may edit for clarity, decline, unpublish, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, expired, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with community standards. Publication is not an endorsement.

Community discussions

Community discussions are public to read. A verified adult account and real identity are required to create topics or replies. New topics require approval; replies may be reviewed or removed after publication. LAXassist may lock, hide, edit, decline or delete content and accounts to protect the community. Private messaging is not available.

Community Conduct Policy

LAXassist is intended for respectful, productive lacrosse discussions. Negativity directed at individuals, bullying, harassment, threats, foul or discriminatory language, personal attacks, rumors, and inappropriate communication involving minors will not be tolerated. LAXassist may remove content, lock discussions, or suspend access without warning.

Memberships

Club Pro and Professional memberships are annual subscriptions that renew until canceled. Paid profiles and badges begin only after LAXassist completes its review. “Verified” means organization ownership or representation was confirmed; it is not a safety certification.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for accurate information, appropriate permissions, required credentials and clearances, and compliance with applicable law. Users must independently evaluate every organization, coach, provider and opportunity.

No guarantees

LAXassist does not guarantee selection, roster placement, employment, availability, service quality, safety, results, or the accuracy of third-party content. Connections and transactions arranged outside LAXassist are solely between the participating parties.

Acceptable conduct

Harassment, fraud, impersonation, discriminatory conduct, unsafe communication with minors, commercial promotion from unapproved accounts, and collection or publication of unnecessary personal information are prohibited.
