Information collected
LAXassist collects information that adults submit, including names, email addresses, roles, organization details, listings, community topics and replies, reports, contact requests and partnership inquiries. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by LAXassist.
How information is used
Information is used to review and publish approved listings and community topics, attribute public discussions to verified adult accounts, facilitate adult-to-adult connections, activate paid profiles, administer advertising, prevent misuse and communicate about submissions or purchases. LAXassist also records basic page views, button clicks and checkout starts to understand which sections are useful; this basic analytics does not include payment-card information.
Public and private information
Approved listings, organization profiles, Community topics, replies, adult names and roles may appear publicly. Email addresses, reports and private contact requests are not displayed publicly. Do not submit a minor’s private contact information.
Sharing
LAXassist may share a contact request with the adult who submitted the related listing or the organization identified in the request. Information may also be shared when required by law or necessary to address safety, fraud or platform abuse.
Retention and choices
Information is retained as needed to operate and protect the platform. Adults may request correction or deletion of their information by emailing coach@laxassist.com, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Children’s privacy
LAXassist is not intended for direct use by children. Parents and legal guardians must manage every listing, Community post or communication involving a minor.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the platform and its service providers change.
Questions may be sent to coach@laxassist.com. Professional legal review is recommended before significant scale or expanded data collection.
